NEW THIS YEAR:  The club will practice in the Middle School Gym.

 

Start of practice and practice times are TBD. 

We are working out some facility and scheduling issues.

 

The Future Varsity League coaches association will meet to determine the schedule of matches and tournaments for the 2026-2027 season in mid-October.  Matches are typically Saturdays and/or Sundays during January and early February.  Some tournament opportunities are offered in December.

The Warwick Youth Wrestling program is the feeder program for the Warwick Junior High and High School Wrestling programs. Our program is open to any boy or girl from kindergarten to sixth grade.

The focus of our program will be on skill development and providing a fun and rewarding experience for each child in a positive learning environment. We will not be measuring the success of our season on wins and losses, but instead on how each wrestler develops throughout the season.

Our program is divided into levels - 

 

Scouts Group: Kindergarten - 2nd grade: First-year wrestlers 

Braves Group: Grades 1st - 3rd:  Second year or more & first-year third graders
Warriors Group: Grades 4th - 6th 

The season starts the first week of December and runs through February.
