Two are free for volunteers, but must be kept up-to-date every 5 years.

If you have been a PA resident for 10+ years, we will have a Disclosure Statement for Volunteers for you to complete at the parent meeting or first week of practice.

 

If you have not lived in PA for the past 10 consecutive years, you'll also need to complete the following FBI Criminal History background check:

FBI Fingerprinting | Department of Human Services | Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

You would be a DHS Volunteer, using service code 1KG6ZJ.
